True horsemanship starts long before your foot goes in the stirrup. As any horse person will tell you, riding is a reward for the many hours spent on the daily upkeep, training and maintenance of a horse.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Session I \u2013 Foundations of Horsemanship<\/strong><\/p>\n

Session IV \u2013 Intermediate Horsemanship<\/strong><\/p>\n

Session V \u2013\u00a0\u00a0Advanced I Horsemanship<\/strong><\/p>\n

Session VI \u2013\u00a0\u00a0Advanced II Horsemanship<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our\u00a0\u00a0Youth and Parent Saddle Clubs are highly recommended.\u00a0\u00a0There are 6 sessions which run\u00a0 1.5 hours a week for 6 weeks per session.\u00a0\u00a0Session One begins with the Foundation and basics of horsemanship.\u00a0\u00a0As the sessions progress, the student is advanced to an intense “hands-on” experience of horsemanship and riding.\u00a0\u00a0These sessions are for youth ages 5 and up.\u00a0\u00a0We also recommend parents take the sessions with their children; it\u2019s an amazingly rewarding experience.<\/p>\n

\u2022 FOUNDATIONS FOR HORSEMANSHIP – SIX WEEK SESSION (for ages 5+)
\n\u2022 HORSEMANSHIP 1 \u2013 SIX WEEK SESSION (Prereq: Foundation Course or\u00a0Placement Test)
\n\u2022 HORSEMANSHIP 2 \u2013 SIX WEEK SESSION (Prereq: Horsemanship 1 or\u00a0Placement Test)<\/p>\n

SAFETY FIRST! Helmets are required and will be provided. Students must obey instructors at all times. Instructors are lifelong horse persons
\nand our horses are gentle. We do not expect any accidents but parents
\nmust sign an informed consent\/release of liability form before your
\nchild can participate.
\n<\/a><\/p>\n

SIX Week Session Fee: $210. Please inquire about available scholarships
\nwhen enrolling. Parents are encouraged to enroll at a discounted rate of
\n$80 per parent!!!<\/p>\n

**Foundations Classes through Intermediate classes are held at Robinson Ranch-Desert Shadows. All
\nother classes are held at Robinson Ranch-off site Barn locations. **<\/p>\n
