There will be food, games, costume contests, prizes and more! Lots of Spooky, creepy, ghoulish things are in the works! Also, kids will trick-or-treat and go through a neighborhood Haunted house as part of the tractor-drawn hayride.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Event is FREE, but Speed Passes for the hayride can be purchased online at\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

VOLUNTEER NEEDS (All volunteers MUST be in costume)<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Flyer Distribution:<\/b>\u00a0(5 people needed<\/b>) – If you would like to spend about a half hour of your own time walking the neighborhood or taking flyers to local businesses, we could use your help.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Decorating:<\/b>\u00a0 (5 people needed)<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 We need help decorating the trailers, tractors and entire ranch. We need 1 person the week prior, Saturday October24\u00a0th<\/sup>\u00a0at 9:30 am to work with 25 ASU students and an additional 4 people to help decorate Friday evening October 30th<\/sup>\u00a0around 5pm. We have mostly all the d\u00e9cor we need, however, if you would like to donate spider webbing, we could use as much of that as we can get.<\/div>\n

Prizes:<\/b>\u00a0We would love to have a variety of prizes<\/a>\u00a0for the kids on Halloween!\u00a0 If you can donate a prize, please let us know.<\/p>\n

Halloween Day (October 31, 2014)<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hayrides:\u00a0(4 people needed)-<\/b>We need personnel to ride on the wagon, collect the speed pass receipts and make sure the kids & adults are safe\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0be on site at 5pm.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Games:<\/b>\u00a0(5 people needed)-<\/b>1 person per 2 game stations. Be on site at about 3:00 pm to help set up game stations<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Human Spiderweb Game (yarn needed)<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mummy wrap (toilet paper needed)<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Zombie sores (toilet paper, Elmer\u2019s \u00a0glue & paint needed)<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Witches Stew (straws, construction paper cutouts, bowls)<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Musical Tombstones (Folding chairs decorated as tombstones, tape recorder with creepy music)<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Apple bobbing<\/div>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Costume contest<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Master of Ceremonies(MC):<\/b>\u00a0(1-2 people needed)<\/b>\u00a0to make announcements, give away prizes, run costume contest, etc…. and stay with the PA system as needed (keep the music going, etc).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Food: (2 People for cooking and serving at the grill & 1 person to collect the donations to be there at 3:30pm)<\/b>\u00a0We are asking a $.25 donation for hotdogs, $.25 for chips and $.25 for small bottles of water.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Food:<\/b>\u00a0If you can donate hot dogs\/buns, condiments, charcoal\/lighter fluid, paper good, glasses, utensils, candy for games, chips, bottled water (the tiny bottles), or any other Halloween treat, that would be wonderful! \u00a0Please bring food by 3:30pm.<\/div>\n

Cleanup: (5 People needed from 7-10pm)<\/b><\/p>\n

Cash Donations:<\/b>\u00a0If you know of any business that would like to donate cash, or you would like to help, please contact John at 602-268-4972. The rental of the tractor and other costs are high and any little bit will help!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
